For the second year running Richard “Phil” Burrows was awarded Australia & New Zealand’s best Technician. The Technicians Guild is held over a 12 month period with technicians undertaking ongoing training and exams over the 12 months culminating in a “Grand Final Exam” with the top national achievers. The Grand final exam comprises of both written and hands on assessments and diagnosing, where Phil, again for the second year in a row found himself being awarded Technician of the Year, and was presented with his award at a gala Awards Dinner held at the Melbourne Museum.
